We have known Amy for about six years now, and during that time she has worked for me on a variety of projects both large and small. Whatever the project entails---whether it's choosing accessories for a powder room or flying to another city with me to work on a larger project there, she enthusiastically immerses herself in the work. She consistently learns everything she can about the project and listens to my ideas so that she can help me create an attractive and functional space. Additionally, Amy is respectful of her client's budgets. She can help design a long term plan, recognize priorities, and therefore prevent the "rookie mistakes" that we all sometimes make when we think we can do it ourselves! Her billing process is professional and transparent.

Last, but certainly not least, I've watched Amy work with building subcontractors and other design professionals, and she always manages to balance a sense of humor with a no-nonsense attitude that absolutely eases what can occasionally be a stressful situation.

We began working with Amy a couple of years ago after we moved to Charlotte. We knew we wanted to make some major updates to our new home but I knew we needed help to pull it all together. I was originally attracted to Amy's beautiful portfolio and once I met with her, I knew she would be our forever designer. Amy understands her clients tastes and lifestyles and creates designs which meet both. With three young children, it was important to us to have a comfortable and inviting home but one that was cohesive and beautiful. Amy has helped to achieve this in every room she has touched.

Our requirement for our renovations was a design that would be classic with modern touches. Amy is wonderful at selecting timeless permanent specifications with modern accents that can be updated periodically to keep everything looking current. As we tackled our renovations, Amy was always available to help make on the spot decisions and creative ways to overcome any obstacle which came up. (there will always be some!)

Her sense of vision, design and detail is impeccable. Amy comes up with unique design accents that just work. From a unique coffer ceiling to cabinet hardware, Amy knows how to pull an entire house together.

Most importantly, Amy is a pleasure to work with. She seems to thoroughly enjoy her job and has a wonderful sense of humor. I always look forward to our meetings because I know that they will be efficient and productive but also enjoyable and often full of laughter.

Amy is a great talent and the ultimate professional. She is honest and efficient- not to mention a lot of fun to work with! My job involves extensive travel and Amy worked with my limited availability. She was always prepared for our "power meetings", having two or three detailed schemes for every room. Even though I was working out of town, I was confident that Amy had every detail of my renovation under control. She worked closely with the contractors to ensure every choice was a success and a reflection of my style. The result is a warm and sophisticated home that is a beautiful mix of my personality and her fantastic eye for fabric and color. I look forward to working with her on many more projects!

We have enjoyed every aspect of working with Amy over the course of several years. First and foremost, she is extremely honest, talented and a pleasure to be around. She has great vision when it comes to design, but is careful to make sure she is satisfying her clients' needs in terms of taste and budget. We recently moved into a new home and Amy was great at helping us make choices about what we absolutely needed now and what we could save for later. Over the years she also has helped us choose pieces that are both current and timeless; furniture and fabrics that are worth the investment because they can be kept in our home for years to come. She is extremely meticulous, considering even the slightest detail, and yet she works at lightning speed. She will jump through hoops for her clients and recently got everything done in our home before a big family party (think: in-laws!) when it really seemed nearly impossible. We look forward to working with her throughout the years!

Amy has been invaluable to me as I embarked on a renovation of my home. Her ideas and sense of style coupled with her ability to include my personal taste resulted in a magnificent outcome. Our house was the ASID Symphony Guild Showhouse. Amy was the interior designer for our sons' bathroom. We felt an immediate comfort with Amy and her taste. She did an amazing job with such a small space. We hired Amy to help us after the Showhouse concluded to turn the house into our own home. She was also instrumental in the construction design and interior design of a major addition to our house. We admire Amy's ability to "take a project and run," her integrity and professionalism. She is much more than an interior designer- she has become a trusted and very much loved family friend (and dog lover).

We have loved working with Amy over the past 10 years. Our kitchen is still a classic and our recently updated master bedroom is absolutely wonderful. We appreciate that she researches multiple options, allowing us to save time yet feel that we were very involved. She's professional and a perfectionist and always works hard to achieve her fantastic results.
